**P****osition Title:**

**Reports to:**
Plant Manager
Provide leadership for Plant wide process improvement (CPI) objectives and quality initiatives. Lead the implementation, training, coaching and management of a world class continuous improvement system using lean and six sigma techniques. Work closely with cross departmental staff to identify and implement CPI opportunities.
* Develop and deliver Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) standard operating procedures, processes, tools and policies to support the advancement of lean framework and blueprint.
* Facilitate value stream mapping, business process re-design, kaizen, continuous improvement, lean thinking initiatives to simplify and improve across all levels of the organization.
* Partner with cross functional leadership to identify and prioritize targeted areas of opportunities for eliminating waste, reducing variation and driving efficiency improvements.
* Organize & lead Rapid Improvement events (RIEs) and/or Kaizen events for problem solving and to drive change with sustainable results.
* Train staff and organize teams to execute CPI initiatives.
* Maintain detailed records of all lean and improvement project; Deliver KPI reporting & progress Updates to Senior management.
* Provide tools and support for Service Managers annual planning process to meet forecasted goals while controlling costs.
* Inspire change to improve operational performance, reduce costs and achieve a "Get Lean" culture.
* Cooperate with individuals in other work centers and departments to build cross departmental teamwork.
* Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
* Identify barriers affecting process improvement, efficiencies and operating costs.
* Present continuous improvement plans and report functionally.
* Communicate with individuals to clarify instructions, work processes and scope of job.
* Achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
* Must accomplish training and serve as a Black Belt in support of the CRC-Evans Process Improvement Initiative.
* Work within and promote corporate values.
**P****osition Title:**
Process Improvement Manager
**Education Required****:**
* Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
* University degree in Manufacturing preferred.
* Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
**W****ork Experience Required****:**
* Minimum two years' experience facilitating, training, coaching and implementing Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma focused on lean transformation and results preferred.
* Proven success managing cross functional teams and implementing improvements that are delivered on time and sustained.
**S****kills & Knowledge Required:**
* Must be a change leader: ability to adapt, assimilate, initiate, support and reinforce change in line with CPI Initiatives.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills;
* Fluent Problem-Solver; Solution - Oriented Attitude.
* Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels and positively transform the organizational culture to adapt to improved processes and performance metrics
* Functional experience in multiple disciplines such as manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or quality
* Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
* Proven project management experience.
* Proficient in Windows, Microsoft office and related systems.
* Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies and use of all required safety equipment.
* Must be able to utilize computer based service and work order management systems, SAP highly desired.
